Hello! I’m Alex, and I’ve been passionate about pet grooming for over a decade. My journey began in Northfield, Illinois, where I spent the majority of my time honing my skills. With eight years of professional grooming experience, I recognized the need for a more tranquil and personalized grooming environment. This inspired me to open my home-based grooming service, where I can offer a level of care and attention that exceeds what traditional salons provide. At Georgie’s Grooming Parlor, your pet’s comfort and well-being are my top priorities.
Meet our Mascot
Meet Georgie, the heart and soul of Georgie’s Grooming Parlor! This two-year-old white standard poodle came into my life from North Caolina and quickly became my favorite companion. Georgie’s playful and patient nature has drawn me into the world of creative grooming, making him the perfect model for all my imaginative creations. From transforming into a rainbow zebra to a bouncy Tigger, Georgie loves showing off his vibrant looks and soaking up the admiration from everyone he meets. His joyful spirit and love for attention inspired me to name my business in his honor, ensuring his legacy brightens our parlor every day.
